Shaked Dinar is an experienced professional with a strong background in product adoption and user experience. Currently serving as an Adoption Manager and Customer Success Manager at EasySend since March 2020, Shaked collaborates with clients and product teams to enhance product usage and feature utilization. Previously, Shaked held various roles, including R&D Delivery Team Leader, Implementation & UX Team Lead, and User Experience Developer at EasySend, demonstrating leadership and technical mentorship capabilities. Prior experience includes working as an Instructional Designer at The Center for Educational Technology, where Shaked created digital learning products, and running an independent graphic design business. Shaked holds a Bachelor of Arts in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Holon Institute of Technology.
