Mikko Erkkilä has a vast work experience in customer service and contact center management. Mikko started their career in 2004 as an Agent at Teleperformance Nordic and gradually moved up the ladder, taking on roles such as Coach, Team Leader, and Mission Controller. In these positions, they were responsible for managing teams, achieving operational targets, and analyzing real-time performance. Mikko also worked as a Support Administrator, handling daily IT tasks and managing hardware and software-related issues. In 2017, they joined EasyPark Group as a Customer Care Manager. Throughout their career, Mikko has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and operational excellence in the customer service industry.
Mikko Erkkilä completed their education with a vocational examination in sales from Tredu - Tampere Vocational College in 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Data Processing from Tampere University of Applied Sciences starting in 2003. Before entering higher education, they attended high school and graduated in 2002. Mikko'seducational journey began with completing their grade school education, where they graduated in 1999.
