Laura Stewart has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. Laura started their career as a Research Intern, where they handled and tagged small mammals for research and collected data on population dynamics. Laura then worked as a Consulting Team Member, providing market research and customer analysis for New Leaf grocery stores. Laura also served as an Accounting Intern, preparing invoices and supporting payment processing. Laura further gained experience as a Research Intern at NOAA, marking and measuring images for population data collection of the Rockfish fish species. Laura also worked as an Office Operations Manager, handling invoices, promoting photographers and local businesses, and managing inventory. Laura then joined the World Wildlife Fund as a Conservation Assistant, conducting spatial analysis and record-keeping for turtle species. At PUSH Agency, Laura worked as a Marketing Team Member, promoting new products, providing feedback to companies, and engaging with the general public. Laura then joined Apple as a GIS/Data Analyst, where they utilized GIS tools and performed data analysis. Most recently, Laura worked as a GIS Analyst at Insight Global, analyzing field data for a fire mitigation project using QGIS. Laura is currently employed as a QA and Operations Manager at EasyPark Group.
Laura Stewart attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies/Economics. In 2014 and 2015, they also studied Art History and Italian Language at UC Center Rome. Additionally, Laura obtained a College Eight Certificate of Green Citizenship from UC Santa Cruz.
