Aletta Puite is a Product Program Manager at EasyPark Group since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at SNS Bank from November 2011 to June 2019, holding roles such as Manager Complaints and Customer Integrity, Business Change Manager, and Sales coördinator. Aletta also worked at SNS REAAL as a Junior Compliance Bankbedrijf from June 2011 to November 2011, at Zwitserleven as a Team Leader for Value Transfers from August 2010 to May 2011, and at REAAL as a Project Leader for Lean Six Sigma from August 2009 to July 2010. Before that, they worked as a Commercial Advisor at SNS Bank from October 2008 to July 2009. Aletta started their career at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels as a Supervisor from September 2003 to December 2004.

Aletta Puite has a strong education background in business administration and marketing. Aletta obtained their Master's degree from the University of Groningen, specializing in Business Administration and Marketing, from 2005 to 2008. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at Christelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Aletta has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Aletta became a Scrum Product Owner certified by the Scrum Alliance in September 2018. In July 2017, they obtained the Prince2 Practitioner certification from Lagant Management Consultants. In 2011, they completed the Basis Management Training provided by Schouten & Nelissen. Furthermore, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Projects One in 2010.
