Rick Zappella currently serves as the XM30 Product Support Manager at American Rheinmetall since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Director of Programs - Lethality IPT Lead at Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. from February to September 2023. Rick also has experience as Principal at Strategic Lethality Consulting LLC., providing a range of services focused on defense businesses in the ground combat vehicle market. Previous roles include Lethality Consultant at PM-13 Consulting, Lethality Systems Lead at Keshik Mobile Power Systems, and Program Director at John Cockerill Defense America. Rick’s extensive experience in logistics management was gained during tenure as Logistics Management Specialist at both the Project Managers Office - Stryker Brigade Combat Team and the Program Managers Office - Light Armored Vehicles. Rick’s career in the United States Marine Corps included positions as Battalion Master Gunner and various other roles within the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion.
