Jessica Dagala

Jessica Dagala has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jessica began their career as a Digital Content Producer at Leo Burnett Australia in 2014 and then transitioned to an Account Manager role at Blueboat from 2015 to 2017. Jessica further expanded their skills at 24 Digital, where they held various positions including Studio Manager/Digital Project Manager, Production Manager, and Project Consultant from 2017 to 2020. Jessica continued their career as a Senior Digital Producer at Traffic Brand Agency from 2019 to 2020 and Tundra from 2020 to 2022. Jessica then took on the role of Implementation Project Manager at Avature from January to May 2023. Currently, they work as a Scrum Master at Easygo starting from May 2023.

Jessica Dagala's education history is as follows:

From 2007 to 2010, they attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications.

In 2012 and 2013, Jessica attended Monash University and completed a Master of Business degree with a specialization in Marketing.

In 2019, they attended General Assembly for a short-term program focused on Data Analytics.

In 2020, Jessica completed a Lean Six Sigma program through Thornley Group.

Along with their formal education, Jessica has obtained various certifications. In December 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In February 2014, they obtained the Microsoft Excel 2007 III certification from Monash Short Courses. In May 2013, Jessica obtained the Adobe InDesign certification from Creative Mentor and the Microsoft Excel 2007 II certification from Monash Short Courses. Additionally, in June 2010, they obtained the Agent's Representative certification from REIV.
