Burcu Balta has been working in the software development industry since 2012. Burcu began their career as a Software Developer at Bilmed Bilgisayar ve Yazılım A.Ş. in 2012. In 2014, they moved to UBIT Bilgi Teknolojileri as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead. Currently, they are a Senior PHP Developer at EASYCEP since 2022.

Burcu Balta obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Işık Üniversitesi between 2007 and 2013. In 2009, they completed the Bilge Adam Software Expertise Program. In February 2022, they obtained the Effective Flutter Development certification from the Flutter Students Club.
