Mary Bull serves as the People & Culture Manager at Easy Solar since December 2021, following their role as People and Culture Coordinator. In this position, Mary Bull leads initiatives for recruitment, retention, performance management, and professional development while supporting employee relations nationwide. Prior to Easy Solar, Mary Bull worked at Oxfam GB, where responsibilities included payroll administration, managing recruitment processes, updating job profiles, and overseeing performance reviews in roles such as Human Resource Coordinator, Human Resource Officer, and Management Support Assistant from April 2019 to December 2021.
