Taylor M. Phelps-Whitley, LSW is an experienced mental health professional specializing in school-based therapy. Currently serving as a School Based Therapist at Eastway Behavioral Healthcare since December 2019, Taylor previously worked at St. Joseph Orphanage from June 2015 to November 2019, holding positions as a Foster Home Assessor and Clinical Case Manager. Prior experience includes internships at Montgomery County Juvenile Courts, specifically in Probation-Community Based Services and the Citizen's Review Board. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Liberal Studies from Wright State University between 2011 and 2015 and completed secondary education at Springboro High School from 2008 to 2011.
