Lindsey Webb serves as the Managing Director at Eastward Partners Inc. since 2022, overseeing talent acquisition solutions for private equity and privately held organizations. Prior to this role, Lindsey was the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Riveron from 2017 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading recruiting for executive positions and various functional areas within the firm. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Recruiting Lead at both Houlihan Lokey and Grant Thornton LLP, as well as serving as Recruiting Leader at an external recruiting firm. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of South Florida.
