Giovanna Hooton is a Senior Research Associate at Eastward Partners Inc., a venture-backed executive search and human capital consulting firm, where responsibilities include delivering talent acquisition solutions for private equity and privately held organizations. Previously, Hooton worked as an Associate Recruiter at BLINKHORN and gained experience in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at the University of Chicago's Theater and Performance Studies Department. Other roles include Production Assistant at Ghostlight Theater Camp and Research Assistant in the University of Chicago's Linguistics Department. Hooton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Linguistics from the University of Chicago and completed high school at Friends Seminary, along with a year abroad through the School Year Abroad program.
