Adam Szepkouski serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Eastward Partners Inc. since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in executive recruiting and leadership advisory services. Prior to this role, Adam spent over seven years at Bespoke Partners, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Talent & Operations and Vice President of Talent, focusing on leadership recruitment for private equity firms in the software sector. Adam's earlier career included positions at Deloitte Consulting, where consulting on Human Capital projects and advising Fortune 500 companies, as well as roles at Marsh McLennan Agency and Aetna in human capital consulting and underwriting. Adam holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
