Starry Xu has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, Xu worked at PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China as a Manager for six years. Following this, Xu joined PwC Luxembourg as a Manager for a year before returning to PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China as a Manager once again. In 2013, Xu transitioned to Guotai Fund Management Company as an Associate Director of Operations. In 2015, Xu moved to Everbright Pramerica Fund Management Company, where they served as the Deputy Director of Product until 2018. Currently, Xu holds the position of Head of Operations, IT and Finance at Eastspring Investments since June 2018.

Starry Xu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Fudan University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
