Lim Siew Fen has over 7 years of experience in the financial industry. Lim started their career in 2014 as a Fund Accountant at BNY Mellon, where they worked until 2016. Lim then joined Schroders, initially as a Specialist in Portfolio Services from 2016 to 2019, and later as the Lead Specialist in Transaction Operations from 2019 to 2022. In 2023, they joined Eastspring Investments as a Manager in Transaction Operations.

Lim Siew Fen completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2010, they attended Taylor's College where they studied South Australian Matriculation, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. After that, from 2011 to 2014, they attended the National University of Singapore, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics. During their time at the university, in 2013 and 2014, they also participated in a Student Exchange Program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, specializing in China Economics and International Affairs.
