Hayne Heo has a diverse work experience in the finance and investment industry. Hayne started their career as an Equity Research Intern at Truston Asset Management in March 2021, where they gained exposure to analyzing equity markets. Following this, they worked as an Economic Research Assistant at KTB Investment & Securities Co. from July 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they supported senior economists and strategists by processing macroeconomic data. Currently, Hayne is working at Eastspring Investments as an Equity Analyst. Hayne joined the company in January 2022 and is responsible for analyzing Korea's consumer sector, including retail, cosmetics, fashion, and F&B. Hayne utilizes both top-down and bottom-up approaches to write research papers and generate investment ideas.

Hayne Heo attended Ewha Womans University from 2017 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Business. In 2020, they briefly studied Linguistics and Literature at Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Additionally, in February 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified Investment Manager from the Korea Financial Investment Association.
