Mona Vadher FRSA serves as the Head of Strategy at Progress Together, a not-for-profit organization aiming to enhance diversity in the UK financial services sector. In addition to this role, Mona works as a Consultant for Eastside People and as an Associate for Gradcore, focusing on capacity building and graduate coaching. Previously, Mona held positions such as Director at LMP Action CIC, where significant operational scaling and funding were achieved, and Senior Policy & Programme Manager at City of London Corporation, where impactful policies addressing socio-economic diversity were developed. Academia experience includes serving as Head of Employer Engagement at City, University of London, where strategic employer partnerships were established. Mona holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham and has completed further education in corporate social responsibility.
