Barbara Broadwater

Barbara Broadwater has extensive experience in human resources and store management, spanning over four decades. At Eastman Credit Union, Barbara held several key positions from 2000 until retirement, including Human Resource Manager and Director of Benefits and Compensation. Previous roles included store management at Service Merchandise from 1988 to 1999, and at Target from 1981 to 1987, as well as store management at Gap Inc./Gap from 1979 to 1981. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management/Textile Design from Michigan State University.
