Maria Eugenia Jaime, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Maria Eugenia started their career as a Trader at Kühlne en Heitz B.V. in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Maria Eugenia then pursued their MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2012. Maria's first role after completing their MBA was as an MBA intern at Monsanto | EMEA Vegetable Seeds Division from January 2013 to July 2013. Maria Eugenia continued working at Monsanto Company, where they held several positions such as CIP Business Project Manager, EMEA Sales Effectiveness Manager, West EMEA Business Operations Lead, and Customer Care Effectiveness Lead EME. During their time at Monsanto Company, Maria focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness in sales teams, implementing CRM tools, and leading change management initiatives. In 2017, Maria joined Bayer Crop Science as a Customer Care Effectiveness Lead and worked there until January 2020. In 2020, they joined DSM as a Customer Service and Logistics Team Lead, where they worked until July 2021. Maria's most recent role is with Eastman, where they currently serve as the Order to Cash Global Change Management Lead, specializing in organizational transformations and developing change management strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

Maria Eugenia Jaime received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2013. Prior to that, they studied Law at the University of Buenos Aires from 1998 to 2003. Maria Eugenia also completed a program in Change Management at PROSCI. Maria Eugenia'seducation history extends until 2021.
