Will Purvis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Will is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees at Avante Care & Support and also holds the position of Head of Communications & Marketing at Eastleigh Borough Council. In the past, Will has worked at McCarthy Stone in positions such as Head of Strategy and Business Development, Head of Propositions, and Group Customer Experience. Will has also served as a Board Trustee at New Theatre Royal and as a Councillor for Milton Ward at Portsmouth City Council. Prior to these roles, Will worked as an Account Executive at Remarkable Group, a Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons, a Campaigns Manager for the Liberal Democrats, and a Specialist at Apple Inc.

Will Purvis attended Truro School from 1997 to 2004. Will then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Southampton from 2005 to 2008. Later, in 2013, they obtained a CIPR Diploma in Internal Communications from PR Academy.
