William "Bill" Deacon is the co-founder and CEO of Eastern Standard Provisions, a position they have held since June 2018. Prior to that, they were the managing director of North America for Chōsen Experiences from May 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they were the VP of operations and engagement at CoachUp from June 2015 to May 2017.

Deacon's career began in August 2011 as an executive producer for Plimpton! Starring George Plimpton as Himself. In November 2013, they took on the role of executive producer for The Human Calculator TV series. In between their work as an executive producer, Deacon also founded MovieQuoter in June 2011, which they ran until May 2017.

Bill Deacon's educational career began at Gardner High School. Bill then went on to study English at Middlebury College, where they earned their BA.
