Charles Arthur is an experienced Environmental Consultant currently employed at Eastern Shawnee Companies since January 2025. Prior to this role, Charles held several key positions at Tepa Companies, including Vice President of Environmental and Program Manager from December 2021 to January 2025, as well as Senior Project Manager from May 2016 to January 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at AECOM from February 2014 to April 2016, and at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from February 2003 to 2014. Charles began a professional career as a Cultural Resources Specialist - Project Scientist at Woodward-Clyde from January 1995 to February 2003.
