Cyril Ducau is the Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd. since 2018, a company with a rich 60-year history in the shipping industry. Additionally, Cyril serves as Chairman of the Board for both Cool Company Ltd and Kenon Holdings Ltd., a diversified holding company focused on growth-oriented businesses. As a board member of the Global Centre for Maritime Decarbonisation, Cyril plays a key role in initiatives aimed at reducing maritime emissions to meet international goals. Cyril is also a board member of the Singapore Maritime Foundation, which enhances Singapore's position as a maritime hub, and Gard AS, a major player in the global insurance market for shipping. Previous experience includes roles as Chairman of the Board at Pacific Drilling and Managing Director at QUANTUM PACIFIC (UK) LLP, along with serving as Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Cyril earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from ESCP Business School between 1998 and 2001.
