Jim Ames has extensive experience in sales management and the judiciary. Currently, Jim serves as the Northeast Sales Manager at Eastern Metal Signs and Safety, a position held since October 2003, focusing on highway safety products across New England, New York State, Northern Pennsylvania, and Eastern Canada while ensuring compliance with State and Federal Highway Safety specifications. Additionally, Jim has been an elected Justice at the Local Justice Court since January 1998, adjudicating civil, vehicle and traffic, and criminal cases. Jim’s career in sales began at Certified Traffic Controllers, where a progression from sign silk screener to Sales Manager for Roadway Traffic Supplies occurred from August 1988 to October 2003. Jim's education is uniquely characterized by a lifelong commitment to learning through practical life experiences, representing a Master's degree in Life and Hard Work from the School of Hard Knocks.
