Dwain Settles is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at Eastern Meridian Property Group, with expertise in strategic land analysis and development across the West Coast of Florida. Prior to this role, Settles worked as an Executive Sales Representative at Regenesis Biomedical, specializing in medical devices for post-surgical pain management, and as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Marcus & Millichap. Settles has a notable military background, having served as a Medical Evacuation Helicopter Pilot and Operations Officer in the Texas Army National Guard and US Army Reserves, as well as a Medical Operations Officer in the US Army.
