Robert Altenburg serves as the Senior Director for Energy and Climate at PennFuture since January 2014, where previous roles included Director of the Energy Center and Senior Energy Analyst. Additionally, Robert holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, teaching Environmental Law, and as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern Mennonite University, focusing on Business Ethics and Aviation Law. Robert's prior experience includes serving as an Air Quality Program Specialist and Executive Policy Specialist at the PA Department of Environmental Protection from 1992 to 2013, and as the Company Commander of Co. A 458th Engineer Battalion (Combat) from 1989 to 1995. Robert Altenburg earned a Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science from PennWest Clarion.
