Rajesh Isriprashad has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Rajesh started their career in 2004 as a Front Desk Supervisor/Reservations at Hamilton Park Hotel and Conference Center, where they also took on the role of a junior sales rep. In 2006, they became a Territory Sales Manager at Commonwealth Brands Inc, focusing on B2B sales, merchandising, and promotions of tobacco products.

In 2012, Rajesh joined Technical Consumer Products as a District Sales Manager, where they took on multiple roles such as Lighting Auditor, Sales Trainer, Product Consultant, and Lighting Utility Expert. Rajesh achieved a 40% increase in sales from 2012-2014 and worked with over 40 electrical distributors in the Northern NJ area.

After their time at Technical Consumer Products, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at ReneSola Ltd. from 2015 to 2016. Subsequently, they worked at Progress Lighting as an Account Manager from 2016 to 2020.

Most recently, Rajesh joined Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc. in 2020 as an Aftermarket Sales Representative.

Rajesh Isriprashad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Rutgers University - Newark from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Essex County College from 2002 to 2004 and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In addition to their formal education, Rajesh Isriprashad also obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Vector International in March 2021.
