Jim D'Arcy has over 15 years of experience in project management and health information services, currently serving as the Associate Director of the QPI Program Management Office at Eastern Health since November 2009. In this role, Jim D'Arcy leads the effective management and delivery of portfolio, program, and project outcomes aligned with Eastern Health's strategic objectives. Previous positions include Project Manager for various ICT projects, Associate Director of Business Analysis & Operational Support, and National eHealth Project Manager, where Jim D'Arcy developed tactical solutions for electronic health records. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology and completion of the P30 Foundation course in 2019.
