Njoud AlSubaie possesses extensive experience in health information management and clinical coding, currently serving as the Director of HIM & Clinical Coding at Eastern Health Cluster since January 2019. In conjunction with this role, Njoud also holds the position of Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement Training Program at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties since September 2022, previously serving as the Director of Clinical Coding Training Program from April 2021 to May 2022. Njoud's earlier career included a role as Medical Coder I at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam from December 2014 to January 2022. Academic qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Systems Administration from Saudi Electronic University, and degrees in health information management and clinical coding from the Health Information Management Association of Australia Limited, along with a Bachelor of Health Information Management and Technology from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
