Mandeque Osman is a dedicated registered nurse with diverse experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving at Inova Health in adolescent psychology since October 2024 and UVA Health in surgical/ortho since August 2024, Mandeque has also worked as a travel registered nurse across multiple hospitals, including Eastern Connecticut Health and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, from May 2023 to October 2024. Previously, Mandeque gained critical care nursing experience at Inova Health System and held administrative and program coordination roles at DocASAP and Spring Lake Ranch, respectively. With a foundation in community service as an Americorps VISTA Leader and a corps member in AmeriCorps NCCC, Mandeque has a strong commitment to community involvement. Mandeque holds a Bachelor's degree from Clark University in Business and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Connecticut.
