Kirsi Feliz has a work experience spanning several years in various companies. Kirsi started their career at Tufts Health Plan in 2013 as a Member Services Representative, where they provided accurate and thorough interpretation of benefits, claims processes, and enrollment policies to members and internal customers. Kirsi then joined Best Doctors in 2015 as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for administrative tasks related to hiring, managing, and developing employees. During their time at Eastern Bank, Kirsi held several roles, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, and Benefits Analyst I/HR Officer.
