Ron Walsh serves as the Carpenter Instructor and CARP Program Coordinator at Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters Technical College, where Ron teaches both apprentices and experienced journeypersons in innovative training environments. Prior to this role, Ron was a Carpenter Foreman at Philadelphia D&M, supervising up to 50 employees while emphasizing safety and quality. Additionally, Ron has contributed as a volunteer instructor for a math course related to the Philadelphia Carpenters Apprenticeship entrance exam. With a diverse background in carpentry and extensive educational credentials, including multiple degrees in construction management and workforce education, Ron is dedicated to empowering the next generation of construction leaders through effective training and mentorship.
