Bernardo Martins, CPA, CFE, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Easter Seals Greater Houston, having previously held the same role at the Houston Food Bank. With extensive experience in finance and accounting, Bernardo has also worked as a Finance and Accounting Consultant at Protiviti and as the Americas Shared Services Director at Lloyd's Register. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at SAE Towers Ltd and Regional Controller at Bredero Shaw, where responsibilities spanned corporate finance, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Bernardo began the professional journey with roles in internal audit and financial analysis at firms such as Tyco International and various others. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from PUC Minas.
