Zachary Sivertsen is a seasoned attorney and shareholder at Eastburn and Gray, PC, where practice areas include land use and zoning, municipal, real estate, litigation, and construction law since 2015. Prior to this role, Zachary served as Manager of Neighborhood and Resource Planning at People's Emergency Center, successfully securing over $2 million in funding for community projects and implementing data tracking systems. Earlier experience includes positions as a Green Jobs Associate at the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia, advocating for green job development, and as an intern/research assistant at Cornell University, where geographic information systems (GIS) mapping was utilized to analyze demographics in relation to art institutions. Zachary holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University and two degrees from Cornell University, including a Master of Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies.
