Nicole LaRusso is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, employment, and risk management. Currently serving as a Legal Specialist at Novo Nordisk since March 2014, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Paralegal in Legal and Corporate Affairs at the same organization. In addition to corporate roles, Nicole has contributed as a Board Member for the East Windsor Regional School District since January 2017. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Litigation Paralegal at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, specializing in environmental, energy law, and commercial litigation, as well as at Connell Foley LLP focusing on insurance coverage. Nicole holds a BA in Communication from the University of Delaware and a Paralegal Certificate with a litigation specialty from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
