Celeste Connors is a prominent leader with extensive experience in sustainability and climate resilience. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Local2030 Islands Network and CEO of the Hawaii Local2030 Hub, Connors focuses on promoting island-led solutions and achieving net-zero outcomes. Additional roles include Special Advisor to the Governor of Hawaii, board memberships at Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc., American Savings Bank, and the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau. Connors is also a Senior Adjunct Fellow at the East West Center and a member of various organizations, including The Club of Rome and GLOBAL ISLAND PARTNERSHIP (GLISPA). Academic qualifications include degrees from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, SOAS University of London, Tufts University, and the University of Tübingen.
