Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Credit Officer at East West Bank since April 2012, Andrew oversees commercial credit commitments exceeding $1 billion for East Coast offices. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capital One Bank, where Andrew was promoted to Senior Vice President and Senior Director, leading innovative underwriting efforts in alternative finance and generating significant assets under management. Andrew's career began at Chemical Bank as Assistant Treasurer, with subsequent advancements at Republic National Bank and HSBC Commercial Banking, where substantial portfolios were developed and managed. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Environmental Design and Planning from the University at Buffalo.
