Adelia Vaca is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in training, communications, and business support. Currently serving as Vice President for East West Bank since March 2013, Adelia has held two key roles: Vice President of Training and Communications and Vice President of Business Support Lead. Prior experience at Bank of America spanned nearly three decades from 1983 to 2011, where Adelia excelled as Vice President and Learning Consultant II, overseeing the New Hire Orientation Program for over 60,000 employees annually. As a Vice President and Sr. Change Consultant, Adelia was instrumental in enhancing associate experiences and achieving high satisfaction ratings, while also managing large operational teams as a Group Operations Manager across various services. Adelia's educational foundation includes studies at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1982 and 1984.
