Yesenia Llanos-King is an experienced social worker with a strong background in community assistance and family support services. Currently serving as the Community Assistant Director at East Side House Settlement since April 2015, Yesenia effectively tracks programs for effectiveness and manages departmental supplies. Previously, Yesenia worked as a School Social Worker, responsible for maintaining department bookkeeping and assessing student needs through interviews. Prior experience at the Association to Benefit Children included roles as a Family Worker and Preventive Case Worker, focusing on family needs assessments, case management, and providing supervision to interns. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work - Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Spanish from Marist College.
