Sebastian Frye is a seasoned marketing designer with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently serving at Penguin Random House Canada since August 2022, Sebastian consistently delivers high-quality creative concepts for over 250 projects annually while fostering collaborative team environments. As Editorial Manager and Consultant for East Room since March 2022, Sebastian develops story ideas and manages content assignments. Previous roles include Graphic Designer at University of Toronto Press, where Sebastian created visual marketing materials, and Creative Director at Swimmers Group, an independent publishing venture founded by Sebastian. Early career experience includes positions at The Monkey's Paw Bookstore and Ronald P. Frye & Co. Book Publishers, with a focus on sales and art direction. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, earned in 2010.
