Bailey Melville is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations, community engagement, and communications, currently serving as Operations Director at East Room since August 2017. Over the years at East Room, Bailey has held various roles, including Community Director, Communications Manager, and Community Associate. Prior to this, Bailey worked as a Social Media Coordinator at Arc Interiors, managing digital platforms for the interior design company from October 2016 to September 2017. Additionally, Bailey gained customer service experience as a server at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen and Bar under Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.) from October 2014 to August 2017. Bailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from OCAD University, completed in 2018.
