Will Frost has been a Project Developer at East Point Energy since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as COVID-19 Information Management Section Chief with the Department of Health and Human Services from June 2020 to June 2021, where they provided response leadership and White House staff with regular and ad hoc COVID-19 data analyses, products, and briefings to deliver critical evaluations of crisis scenarios and response infrastructure that were used to focus federal guidelines and inform the public through White House briefings and Congressional hearings.

During their time with the Department of Health and Human Services, Will Frost decreased the time needed to provide vital information to disaster response personnel by coordinating response data requirements and sources across responses for hurricanes, wildfires, cyber-attacks, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, they streamlined workflows by supporting Info Management analysts through interacting with new and familiar individuals to discover leads to information sources for new data requirements and establishing beneficial relationships with data partners to support future and current responses through constant communications.

Will Frost also secured additional work for the Info Management Division by promoting the capabilities of the team to numerous federal agencies by showcasing an informational product catalog and data collection and analysis processes. The team was specifically requested to support the Unaccompanied Minors mission on the southern border. Furthermore, they eased onboarding processes by developing and delivering job aids and demos of processes and participating in strategic communications to better define individual responsibilities within the response structure.

Finally, Will Frost independently developed a high-level COVID-19 data and statistics report, updated daily, to provide pandemic insights and serve as a decision-support tool for

Will Frost attended Friends School of Baltimore for high school and then went on to Bucknell University for their Bachelor of Arts, studying chemistry, economics, and philosophy. Will then attended Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs for their Master's of Science in environmental sciences and policy.
