Andrew J. Hart has extensive experience in educational leadership and business management. Currently serving as Head of School at East Point Academy since July 2018, Andrew oversees the school’s instructional program, business affairs, and personnel management in alignment with Board approval. Previous roles at East Point Academy include Deputy Head of School and Chief Business Officer, focusing on enhancing school support staff effectiveness. Prior to this, Andrew was Managing Partner at Continuum Consulting, LLC, specializing in professional sales training and development. Andrew has also held significant positions in the military and corporate sectors, including Director of Training and Development for the United States Marine Corps and Director of Military and Government Programs at Ancra International LLC. Andrew holds an MBA, an M.Ed in Educational Leadership, and a BA in Education.
