John Sousa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management and information systems. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for East Orange School District, John oversees a large educational institution comprised of over 10,000 students and 1,700 staff members. Previous roles include Unit Training Manager and Career Advisor in the Air National Guard, Network and Systems Administrator for Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission, and Technical Controller in the United States Marine Corps, where John supported operations in Afghanistan. Educated at Columbia University and New Jersey Institute of Technology, John holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Notable achievements include recognition as NCO of the Quarter in both the 108th Wing and the 108th Civil Engineering Squadron.
