Tom Newman-Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer at East Midlands Freeport, the UK's only inland Freeport. Tom has a background in leading strategic, policy, and commercial projects in various government departments and companies, including the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and the Department for Transport. With a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Cambridge, Tom also holds graduate diplomas in Economics and Law.
