Samantha Phillips is an experienced economic development officer currently employed at East Lindsey District Council since June 2018. Previously, Samantha held roles including heritage marketing officer at Lincolnshire County Council from January 2016 to September 2017, where marketing support was provided for various heritage sites, and project officer at Heritage Lincolnshire from January 2014 to January 2016, where a Heritage Lottery Funded community project was managed. Samantha also worked at East Lindsey District Council from October 2009 to September 2013 as a town partnership coordinator and communications officer, engaging with the community and managing internal communications. Earlier experience includes an office assistant position at The Beatles Story from March 2004 to September 2009.
