Guy Dullage is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Trustee Director at IPSEA since October 2024 and a Governor at East Durham College since July 2023, where Guy chairs the Search & Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Finance & General Purposes Committee. Since March 2015, Guy Dullage has been the Chief People Officer at Greencore Group Plc, having previously held dual roles as HR Director. Prior to Greencore, Guy Dullage worked at IAC Group as European Compensation & Benefits Director and HR Director from January 2012 to March 2015, and at Johnson Controls from June 2003 to January 2012 in various HR leadership positions. Guy Dullage holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (2003-2007) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (1997-2000).
