Robert Nichols has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial lending and relationship management. Robert is currently working as a VP, Commercial Lending Officer at East Cambridge Savings Bank. Prior to this, they worked at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Small Business Relationship Manager AVP, where they successfully managed and developed business banking relationships in the Greater Boston Market. Robert also has experience with Salesforce, Ncino, and Omega Credit Training. Before joining Santander Bank, Robert worked at Citizens Bank as a Relationship Manager 1 AVP.

Robert Nichols completed a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University between 2024 and 2026. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College.
