Anneke Freel is the current Chief Officer at East Ayrshire Leisure, with previous experience as the Countryside Manager at East Ayrshire Council. Anneke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Science degree in Environment Planning from the University of Strathclyde.
