Neha Atish is a PCC Coach and Master NLP Practitioner with extensive experience in talent and development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and Development at Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group LLC since August 2017, Neha previously held the position of Regional Manager for Learning & Development at Landmark Group, where leadership and customer service development programs were a focus. Prior roles include Manager of Learning & Development at Tata Motors, where strategic learning initiatives were implemented for the International Business, and Assistant Manager of Learning & Development at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities encompassed corporate HR and training. Neha holds an Advanced Diploma in NLP, a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD, an MBA in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies.
