Rafael Poiate is an experienced design professional with a background in service design, product design, and UX research. Currently serving as Design Lead at YDUQS, Rafael has previously held positions such as Product Designer Specialist and Service Designer Specialist at SulAmerica, as well as Senior Service Designer at BRQ Digital Solutions and FLWOW!. Rafael's early career included a role as a UX Researcher at Accenture Song. Rafael is pursuing a Master's degree in Design and Society at Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial, expected to be completed in December 2024, and recently earned a certificate in Ethics in Design from Service Design College in May 2024.
